Aidan is an award winning singer-songwriter originally from the Aloha State now living in California. Although the ukulele is most known for its Hawaiian tradition, Aidan has taken it to a different level, infusing its unique sound into pop, indie rock and folk music. Add in his warm vocals, a loop station, and effect pedals, this young phenom has created his own artistry taking it beyond the islands, inspiring audiences of all ages around the world.

At age 4, Aidan started ukulele lessons at the internationally acclaimed Roy Sakuma Ukulele Studios. At 8 years old, he became a YouTube sensation when a video of him performing Train’s “Hey Soul Sister” quickly went viral and earned over 20 million views to date. He has since appeared on the network hit TV show, “Hawaii Five-0” and was featured on covers of Midweek and Hawaiian Airlines Hanahou inflight magazine.

Aidan released his first single “One of the Ones,” at age 11 and released his first EP, “Live Again”, in 2014. The four-song EP was nominated for a 2015 Na Hoku Hanohano Award (Hawaii’s version of the Grammy’s) for “EP of the Year”, making him the youngest artist ever to be nominated in the 30+ year history of the Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts. The following year, Aidan debuted his first full-length album, “Echoes.” The album earned him another Na Hoku nomination for “Contemporary Album of the Year” showcasing a stellar performance at this year’s prestigious awards show.

Earlier this year, Aidan joined Train on their "Sail Across the Sun" tour from Miami to Jamaica. His single, “The Girl On The TV Screen”, took first place in the pop/top 40 category in the International Songwriting Competition and “Echoes” is currently a Finalist in the Unsigned Only competition in the teen category, both out of Nashville. Aidan has strummed his way into The Blue Note Hawaii, LA’s Hotel Café, the legendary Whisky A Go Go, and as a featured artist in Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe songwriting showcase. He will soon be seen in an upcoming episode of HBO’s “Saving My Tomorrow”, singing an original, “Back To Where We Came From”.

Aidan is a member of the “Make ‘Em Smile” program in Hawaii sharing the joy of music to young patients at children hospitals.

Aidan proudly rocks a Kamaka Ukulele, celebrating their 100th Anniversary this year.
